It is believed that accessibility will be a top value on such a site, however, after conducting research, I discovered that there are a lot of issues on the site that users confront, which interferes with the site's effective use.

Details about product offerings, product category in the menu, and career level category should be empathised more, and less words can be used.
Important
Using the graphic to demonstrate the product's main purpose while using less colour. Reduce the image size wherever possible so that the loading time is reduced.
